DeBitetto knows that owning your own content is critical is today’s competitive programming landscape. The studio arm creates and executes scripted programming across A+E Network’s networks and platforms, including the adaptation of French zombie hit “The Returned” for A&E, the comedic drama “Un-Real” for Lifetime and the “Sons of Liberty” miniseries for History. Of late, DeBitetto has been spearheading first-look deals with top creative execs, including showrunner Carlton Cuse of “Bates Motel,” “Vikings” creator Michael Hirst and “Dallas Buyers Club” producer Rachel Winter, thus securing even more quality content in the pipeline.
