Abbott has been busy. Hallmark Channel’s first-ever original primetime scripted series “Cedar Cove” averaged a 2.0 HH rating over the course of its 13-week run. The second and third scripted series, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” and “When Calls the Heart,” aim to build on that success. Meanwhile, Hallmark Movie Channel premiered its first original holiday movie this past season, “Christmas with Tucker,” and will revamp its name, logo and tagline in Q4 when it becomes Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Abbott also created Hallmark’s Pet Project, which shines a light on pet homelessness.
