Beat Bobby Flay

Putting a master like Bobby Flay to task is irresistible stuff.  In this upbeat reality series two chefs compete against each other with a particular dish and a secret ingredient chosen by Flay himself. In turn, the winner gets to face off against the master with a dish of his or her choice. The fun part is not only getting to see Flay flounder a bit before an audience and a time clock but also the friendly banter emanating from the guest judges—chefs who know Flay quite well and have chosen two to potentially take him down based on his weaknesses.
