She will focus on the creation of Digital Centers of Excellence to further improve the customer experience in 2015 and 2016. With her youngest son joining his big brother at Penn State this fall, Gee is looking forward to becoming an empty nester.

Best business advice you’ve received?

The best advice I have ever received was from one of my first bosses, over twenty five years ago. “Get the right people on your bus!” Unless you have a one-man/woman business, your team, your people are by far your greatest asset. Your investment in getting and retaining the best employees who share your vision and commitment will place you in the best position for success.

How do you define success?

My definition of success changes from time-to-time based on my personal and professional circumstance, but overall, I define success very broadly: Making consistent positive impacts toward my happiness and the happiness and well-being of my personal family, my work family, and my community.
