How can cable do better job at supporting the industry’s women?
I think the cable industry does better than most in supporting women because women were there from the beginning. To this day, there are many women at the top in cable, which is crucial in helping to create open and diverse corporate cultures. WICT also does a great job in advancing and celebrating women.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Love what you do. My kids know that I love what I do and are happy for me and want to feel a part of it. Their support is critical to keeping everything in balance.
