Ivan managed multiple partnerships and promotions, including gaming and a sweeps, that led to the successful launch of Hallmark Channel’s first primetime series “Cedar Cove.” The sweepstakes was the net’s most successful, resulting in nearly 1mln entries. “My job as a marketer is especially exciting as we constantly explore new and unique opportunities to capture our desired audience and introduce them to our network,” she says.

What makes you most excited about this industry as you advance in your career?

The television landscape has become so competitive, as viewers have so many options of what to watch and how to access content. My job as a marketer is especially exciting as we constantly explore new and unique opportunities to capture our desired audience and introduce them to our network.

Who has been your biggest mentor and why?

Our Director of Consumer Marketing, Melissa Davidson, has been a very valuable person to learn under. She has great instincts and has consistently challenged me by increasing my responsibilities and helping me to reach my professional goals.
