Cohen says her role models share one trait: “The ability to balance a rewarding and fulfilling legal career with raising a family and giving back to the community.” She likely takes those words even more to heart these days. In May, Cohen became a co-lead of the NBC Sports Group’s legal department, overseeing business and legal affairs. Previously, she led the legal department responsible for Versus and Comcast’s 14 regional sports and general entertainment networks. In both roles, her guidance on rights and affiliation agreements, league rules, regulatory conditions, and JV agreements has been essential for Comcast’s growth.
