She also served as lead negotiator for the app developer license agreement for the company’s first TV Everywhere app, performed due diligence for the April 2014 corporate acquisition of recently relaunched Fuse, and was the lead production attorney for NUVOtv series “Stand Up and Deliver” and “The Collective Powered by VEVO.”
