I give the cable industry a grade of B on diversity. The industry has made a demonstrable commitment to increasing the pipeline of diverse leaders via various programs (NAMIC, WICT, etc.).

I believe the following technology will benefit cable TV over the next year:
Streaming platforms and VR.
