Trautwig is a veteran figure at MSG, having arrived there in 1989. And the net is lucky to have him, as versatility is his game. He has covered the Olympics more than a dozen times, won New York Sports Emmys for his Yankees, Knicks and Rangers coverage and has hosted his own show about NY teams’ vintage footage. Throw in triathlon and marathon coverage in there, too. ‘Nuff said.
