Viles has many areas of expertise, including mobile, interactive TV, gaming, and other emerging media initiatives. As such she has been instrumental in driving multiplatform growth at the network, which has made big strides attracting and retaining audiences across various screens and platforms. When she’s not busy creating more interactive media opportunities for Bravo, Viles can be found spending time outdoors – “rain or shine.”

How do you define a successful career?

To me a successful career is when you are proud of the work you have accomplished, when you have been challenged to grow in ways that were unimaginable, and most importantly that you’ve made a meaningful and positive impact on the people around you.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Realize that you can realistically only have a few top priorities at any one time – and that’s okay. We won’t be happy or successful trying to do it all, and all at once.

When not in the office, where are we most likely to find you?

Outside. Rain or shine, I love spending time outdoors.
