Romm is responsible for the acquisition, retention, management and professional well-being of a global workforce of more than 7,000 employees. What advice would you give your 13-year-old self?

At 13 I knew I was a leader, I knew I wanted a career , but I did not know what to pursue. So career exploration is what I would tell all the 13-year-olds today to do and wish I could have told myself.

 

What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?

Cord-cutting, consolidation and direct-to-consumer launches are the top stories in 2016.
