After transforming Comcast’s California market into a regional leader for productivity and customer satisfaction, Goyer made the move to South Florida, where he hopes to replicate his success. One of the changes he’s made: Technicians now explain the “why” behind the “what” when performing in-home work. “While the South Florida Market still has quite a bit of work to be done, the transformation over the last 15 months of how we care for our customers… is really changing for the better and is reflected in our metrics,” says Goyer.
