It’s no wonder Goyer’s so comfortable wearing the tech shirt. He began his long cable career in 1985 as an installer with TCI and most recently served as the director of technical operations for Comcast California’s West Bay Area. In that role, he transformed the technical operations and service delivery into one of the best operating units in the company for performance, productivity and employee satisfaction. Prior to that, other roles have included regional director of engineering, regional director of construction and regional director of technical operations. Goyer is a graduate of the West Division’s PEAK Leadership Program.
