Univision’s newly named vp and gm of social media goes crazy for Mexican food. Quite frankly, both eating and making it are his hobbies. “I eat Mexican food wherever I travel. I’ve eaten it in Thailand, Japan and France, among other countries,” he tells us. Can you guess what he’s doing for Valentine’s Day? That’s right, eating Mexican food.  “I’m going to the first Michelin-starred Mexican restaurant. In this photo, I’m with my baby in Asheville, NC, at a breakfast spot.” Spoiler alert: He’s eating huevos rancheros.
