Basketball’s fast moving nature makes it one of the toughest sports to call play by play, but Eagle has perfected the art over the last 20 years as he has announced the Brooklyn Nets telecasts with passion and skill. And he has the Emmys to prove it. In many ways, Eagle may have born to do this job, which started out as a radio gig when he was 25 years old and has evolved into an incredible TV legacy that in recent years has won this incredible announcer unrivaled recognition. We’re impressed.
