Kanouff has spent the last year developing and implementing a new user interface that provides a consistent experience across all viewing locations, including conventional televisions connected to set-top boxes, computers, tablets and smartphones. She also established the authentication that enables Optimum TV customers to access nearly 50 TV to Go offerings included in their subscription using a supported desktop, laptop or mobile device. The gadgets are great, but her favorite part of the job? “The people,” she says.
