Cisco Systems co-founder Len Bosack, now CEO of XKL, a provider of enterprise fiber optic networking equipment, will be a featured speaker at Supercomm 2009. As part of his presentation, Bosack will reveal the latest data transmission test results from recent studies that examined the latency and data throughput on XKL’s DarkStar system.

XKL’s DarkStar line of fiber optic communications equipment enables data network engineers to operate and deploy metro area and long haul fiber optics communication networks with devices that require no optical engineering expertise to implement or operate, enabling companies to light dark fiber that is already in place as well as expand data capacity and transmission speed.

Supercomm is being held Oct. 21-23 at McCormick Place, Chicago.
