According to this year’s Path to PAR (pay equity, advancement opps and resources for work/life) report released earlier today by Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the 2011 best cable-operator employers for women were Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, Comcast, Bright House Networks and Suddenlink Communications. As far as employment for women programmers goes, the best work environments are at NBCUniversal, Turner Broadcasting System, Scripps Networks Interactive, Discovery Communications and ESPN.
