Up and Aspire

Known as one of cable’s leading marketers of independent networks, McCoy has a well-earned reputation for being very creative and scrappy with marketing and promotion ideas that get maximum exposure on modest budgets. Her success can be seen in Up’s ratings growth, which is tied largely to marketing campaigns and awards related to NCTA initiatives. She will be a key player in building brand awareness for Up and marketing 60 original and world premiere movies, series and plays.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Creating things that let people know that there is an amazing channel called Up that is filled with uplifting entertainment, that can actually make you feel better just by watching it.
How do you define success in the workplace?  
Having a marketing team that is enthusiastic and innovative in the way it strives for common goals, that celebrates each other’s victories and has each other’s backs. Including quality time with my adorable 5-year-old on top of my list of priorities each day.
