Vubiquity (formerly Avail-TVN): Founder and CEO Ramu Potarazu will leave the top post April 1 to transition to the vice chairman role on the company’s board and to join investor Columbia Capital as a venture partner. During the search for his replacement, President Doug Sylvester, CFO Bill Arendt and Chairman Phil Herget will handle Potarazu’s duties.
