TVN signed affiliate VOD deals with Wave Broadband, Bend Broadband, Metrocast Cablevision, PurDigital, Sunflower Broadband and Massillon Cable. — Time Warner Cable LA is making news from local Peacock affil KNBC available on demand. The 5am & 5 pm newscasts will be available 1 hr after going live, remaining on the on-demand menu for 22 hrs. "NBC4News on Demand" will be available free to digisubs in LA and the OC.
