The Vagrant roster includes MTV2 mainstays Dashboard Confessional and Replacements frontman Paul Westerberg. — Gay/lesbian net here! TV launched SVOD service in RCN’s NY, San Fran, Boston, Chicago and DC markets. The on-demand package includes 30 hrs of movies and original programming/month at a cost of $8.95.
