Comcast’s [CMCSA] Philly system is offering subs the first on-demand look at some of Viacom’s cable content. Among the titles available in the City of Brotherly love: "SpongeBob," "Rugrats" and season 1 of MTV’s "The Real World: New York." VOD offerings from MTV, BET, Nickelodeon, Noggin and The N will be available in other markets soon, Comcast says.
