Nearly 80% upgraded to the In Demand service through their remotes. — Time Warner Cable will offer condensed versions of all 63 NCAA Tourney games through a deal with CBS and CSTV. For 99 cents, subs can watch 2 games that have been shortened to 10-20 mins each during the first 2 rounds. For the rest of the tournament, 99 cents will get you one 15-20min game. Games will be available through Apr 10.
