Videotron says its mobile service is now available to more than 4 million people across nearly 90 percent of its service area.

“When we launched our mobile service in September 2010, our goal was to make it available to virtually our entire customer base by the end of 2011," said Robert Dépatie, president & CEO of Videotron, in a statement.

The mobile service includes:

  • Five Infinite Urban Zones: the largest urban zones in the Québec telecom market;
  • ?Unlimited free local and long-distance calling between more than 2.5 million Videotron telephone customers across Québec;
  • ?High-speed mobile Internet at speeds of up to 21 Mbps;
  • ?A diverse selection of devices, including four exclusive handsets.
