Former Showtime evp Mark Greenberg is expected to head the yet unnamed pay TV channel being created by Viacom’s Paramount Pictures, MGM and Lions Gate, Businessweek.com reported, citing unnamed sources. Greenberg left Showtime in Apr ’06.
