The telco now owns 100% of Mohave Wireless. The transaction will expand Verizon’s footprint in northwest Arizona. Mohave Wireless’ spectrum license and operations cover a population of 203,000 and Verizon will integrate Mohave’s EV-DO 3G network, with plans to deploy LTE services in the near future.
