Verizon Business now offers small-to-medium business (SMB) customers its new Managed Router Solution, a turnkey Internet access solution that combines Verizon Business access with customer premises equipment from Cisco. Immediately available in the United States, the solution provides secure, dedicated Internet access at speeds ranging from 1.5 Mbps T1 to 50 Mbps Ethernet coupled with proactive monitoring and premium maintenance and installation services.

In addition to premises equipment, which includes the Cisco 1800 Series Integrated Services Routers, Cisco 500 Series Secure Routers and Cisco 800 Series Routers, the new solution features configuration and onsite installation; 24 x 7 monitoring and management; Cisco maintenance and software support; built-in managed firewall; intrusion prevention; and next-day repair.
