Disney/ABC’s kidvid lineup was the 1st out of the "upfront" gate, detailing 11 new series for ’06-’07 on Disney Channel, Toon Disney and ABC’s Sat-morning block. Toon Disney will become the exclusive home of the action-adventure "Jetix" block this fall, with the Disney Channel and Jetix Web sites adding free video clips from DC shows. (Disney supporting free on-demand, eh? Not exactly. The Mouse views broadband more as a promotional tool; SVOD is more robust…) New series include toons "The Replacements" and "Yin Yang Yo," and live-action "Hannah Montana," teaming singer/actor Billy Ray Cyrus and daughter Miley. New movies include the "Cheetah Girls" sequel.
