Universal Remote Control unveiled two remote controls for subscription broadcast providers at Cable-Tec Expo: the UR5U-9000L and the UR3L-SR4. The UR5U-9000L will be URC’s new top-of-the-line cable remote. It runs on two AA alkaline batteries, can control up to five devices, is tru2way-compliant and possesses optional learning capability. The UR3L-SR4 is a large-button tru2way remote with multi-color keys and built-in learning capability. It runs on two AAA alkaline batteries, can control up to three devices, and features 46 keys and 32 Kb of memory.
