AT&T has been quiet on its programming lineup for u-verse in San Antonio, only announcing a deal with Discovery so far (Cfax, 7/12). But new Website uverseusers.com snapped a photo of a programming guide (current as of 6/30) that shows nearly all of the big programmers having carriage. Among those missing from the lineup are AMC (and all its Rainbow brethren), Lifetime and TV Guide Channel. An AT&T spokesman declined to discuss specific programming deals. "We continue to grow the lineup and will be announcing more programming deals throughout the summer," he said. U-verse has a large slate of channels from Turner, Disney/ESPN, A&E Ent, Viacom, Fox Cable, NBCU, Discovery and Scripps. Comcast nets such as E! and OLN also have a distribution deal. Independent nets with carriage include NFL Network (not carried by Time Warner, the incumbent operator in San Antonio), FamilyNet, Hallmark and Wealth TV. Under the u-verse lineup, Channel 1 is earmarked for VOD, while channel 2500 is dubbed AT&T U-Verse. Sports Pack: U-verse is offering a $10/month sports tier for subs who choose one of its smaller bundles. The tier includes GolTV, HRTV and Sportsman Channel.
