PerfTech and TVC Communications are meeting the Caribbean and Latin American Internet provider market’s need to dynamically notify and upgrade broadband subscribers whose bandwidth cap is approaching. PerfTech supplies the Promo Bulletin application, a component of its Bulletin System, for online promotional messaging, while TVC distributes and supports the system.
