As the tragic wildfires continue to rage in Southern California, Time Warner Cable has joined the elegiac ranks of those affected by the nightmare. The MSO’s services have been impacted in ravaged areas of Rancho Bernardo, Poway and Fallbrook, and crews continue to assess the damage. Time Warner Cable is working with local officials to identify displaced homeowners to make arrangements for continued use of voicemail and email services. Customer service centers in San Diego, Carlsbad and Coronado are open for walk-in business.
