Trilithic has achieved the recently released ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO 9001:2008 is an international quality management standard developed for companies to demonstrate their ability to provide products that meet statutory and regulatory requirements and implement a planned quality management system. This is an extension of Trilithic’s original ISO 9001:2000 certification, which the company achieved in July 2002.

The ISO 9001:2008 is the fourth edition of the standard, which was first published in 1987. Companies that achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification must demonstrate effective implementation of documentation and records management, top management’s commitment to their customers, establishment of clear policy, good planning and implementation, good resource management, efficient process control, measurement and analysis and continual improvement.
