Advanced-advertising scion BlackArrow hired three new guns to bolster the company’s multiplatform advertising marketplace presence. The new appointments include: Dr. Joseph Matarese as CTO, Tricia Iboshi as senior vice president/Client Services and Operations and Dean McCormick as vice president/Advertising Solutions.

Matarese most recently was vice president/general manager of the On Demand Business Unit for ARRIS Group; he began his cable career in 1995 with nCUBE, where his last position also was as CTO. Iboshi has more than 16 years’ experience in the digital media arena, delivering broadband video and content syndication solutions to media companies and content aggregators; prior to joining BlackArrow, she was senior vice president/Sales at KIT digital. Prior to joining BlackArrow, McCormick co-founded Mix Media, an advertising-sales and marketing-services company representing advanced TV networks and digital entertainment properties.?
