Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) now is using NetCracker Technology’s Telecoms Operations and Management Solution (TOMS) standards-based solution for the design, planning, inventory, provisioning, and activation domains in SingTel’s next-gen infrastructure.

SingTel has a combined customer base of 434 million subscribers from its operations in Singapore and associates located in more than 25 countries. The NetCracker solution replaces several of its legacy systems.
