What’s your favorite part of your job?
It’s meeting with Comcasters here in Philadelphia and around the country to work on national initiatives or coaching them regarding their personal development. We have some of the most dynamic, interesting, and focused team members in the world. Each Comcaster I’ve interacted with has made a positive impression on me and I can only hope I’ve done the same.
How do you define success in the workplace?
Success in the workplace is comprised of contributing to the bottom line results of the company in a way that motivates others to want to work with you.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
There is no such trick! What we have are choices. We can and must choose how we spend our time in order to invest in those things and people who are most important to us. We must also realize there are some trade-offs associated with our choices; however, if we acknowledge these trade-offs upfront, it helps us maintain our commitment to those choices we’ve made.
