Time Warner Cable’s Roger Keating will become corporate evp, ops for the MSO’s expanded L.A. region once the Adelphia acquisition closes. He currently is L.A.’s div pres. The new TW region (1.9mln subs) will include systems in L.A., Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino and the western portion of Riverside counties currently operated by Adelphia, Comcast and TW. — Wayne Knighton was upped to corporate evp, ops for TW, where he’ll be responsible for overseeing the newly created TX region. The Dallas system operated by Comcast will become part of the region after the Adelphia sale closes.
