Time Warner Cable has announced a new service entitled "SignatureHome," targeted to top-tier subscribers. The new bundle includes technological services like whole-home DVR, wideband Internet service, Look Back, and wireless home networking.

According to a posting on its corporate blog, the SignatureHome package comes with dedicated service agents who manage the setup, phone care, online chat, and home networking for subscribers. It also includes 24-hour personalized customer care, and access to a personal solutions adviser anytime by phone.

SignatureHome caters to a growing residential market segment that places a premium on personalized service, installation and care.
