Telepak Networks, a regional Internet, telecom and network provider to residential and commercial customers, and a backhaul provider to wireless carriers in the southeastern United States, is expanding its use of NetCracker‘s BSS/OSS suite for an end-to-end Service Order Management system that will enable both automated service fulfillment and faster order processing. The add-on includes Service Information Management, Service Order Management and Service Inventory capabilities.
