Sunrise Telecom has announced that Telenet, Belgium’s largest MSO, has standardized on Sunrise Telecom’s CM2800E for its cable services field technicians.

“Providing complex services, such as higher quality digital video, higher speed data services, VoIP services and video on demand services, elicited a need to upgrade our network and our test tools with advanced functionalities,” said Dirk Speybroeck, Telenet’s VP of service assurance, in a statement.

Sunrise Telecom’s CM2800E combines non-intrusive, high-resolution sweep and triple play services, including video, cable modem, and VoIP analysis in one instrument on the Windows CE platform.
