Now that the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States has vetted the deal, Deutsche Telekom AG, T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS Communications have collected all regulatory approvals in connection with the proposed T-Mobile USA/MetroPCS merger. The only piece of the puzzle left is the approval of MetroPCS stockholders; a vote is set for April 12 and, if approved, the merger will close soon afterward.
