What’s your favorite part of your job?
It’s working with incredibly smart, passionate people that can make strategic decisions and execute them in a flash. The fast-paced, competitive environment in our industry makes this a critical competency and, fortunately, my Comcast co-workers excel in this area.
How do you define success in the workplace?
If I can meet the company objectives while motivating and growing my team, I have been successful. If we love to come to work every day, then I believe we can deliver on almost any goal put in front of us.
Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Realize that life is not always in balance. There will be times that you must put work first and other times, it will be your personal life. But try to be realistic — don’t beat up on yourself for falling short. And when you do make a choice, be 100% in the moment.
