Integrated Broadband Services has announced results of a recent independent benchmark customer satisfaction and market trend survey. The McDonnell Group conducted the independent survey consisting of over 100 in-depth telephone interviews conducted by executive level interviewers. Survey questions covered topics such as satisfaction, recommendation, cable industry trends, and future product requirements. More than 98 percent of those surveyed would recommend IBBS to a colleague and over 88 percent of those recommending indicated they would "strongly recommend" IBBS, the highest category available in the study.
