Yang leads the Bravo team charged with meeting the demands of the ever-changing digital industry. In her year and a half with the company, she redesigned Bravotv.com, launched Bravo-lebrity profiles, and established a suite of product development and audience development practices. Her initiatives have helped grow overall unique visitors to the site, and grown short-form video streams by 22% and revenue by 17%. Yang says the success of Netflix’s “House of Cards” and “Orange is the New Black” validate digitally born original series. “Their success shows that the line between traditional and digital platforms is now blurred,” she says.
