Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?
Stay focused on whatever you are doing. If you are at home or an event for your child, be there and don’t try to squeeze in work, if at all possible—make the time with your family quality time. In the same vein, don’t let personal issues, appointments get into your work day; stay focused and on-point and you will get work done much more efficiently and effectively.
