Title: President/GM, FX Network
Years in Cable: 8

Best Advice in 7 Words or Less: Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, give up.
Why Him? Business is good for Landgraf these days. FX just renewed its breakout hit of the fall season, “American Horror Story,” which is pulling in monster ratings and is on pace to become the highest-rated first season of any series ever on FX. The network has more in its stable in “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” “Sons of Anarchy” and “Louie,” all strong performers.
Ratings Rise: During his seven years leading the network, Landgraf’s grown the primetime audience by 55%. And he recently told the LA Times that FX has been tracking 18% higher in total viewers each night for the past year, and 17% higher in 18-49.
Year Ahead: With strong ratings, hit shows, and rising ad revenue, we’re betting 2012 is good to FX. The wildcard? Landgraf signed Charlie Sheen to a new show, “Anger Management.”
