Telespree Communications, a provider of cloud-based wireless data services for carriers, retailers, MVNOs and wholesalers, is teaming with Simplexity MVNO Services, an integrated Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), to offer real-time 3G and 4G data-usage monitoring services.

The deal has Simplexity leveraging Telespree’s mobile data services – on-device service enablement, active session monitoring, real-time charging, and top-up – to provide its MVNO partners with a broader set of tools to serve their wireless subscribers.

Simplexity’s current offerings include order acquisition, activation and provisioning, equipment logistics, billing and rating, customer service, and management analytics. Using Telespree’s platform with its self-service tools, Simplexity’s MVNO partners also will be able to offer real-time tracking of 3G and 4G data usage to avoid “bill shock” and service interruption.

Comments Terry Hsu, president of Simplexity’s MVNO Services, "The integration of Telespree’s Mobile Service Platform into our architecture further enhances our end-to-end offering for our customers and their subscribers. With this solution, we can create easily configured, on-demand data solutions for 3G and 4G networks so our customers get best-in-class mobile broadband capabilities that fit their market segments, diverse business models and budgets."
