Sigma Partners for Hosted Provisioning
Sigma Systems announced today a partnership with American Technical Support to offer a hosted solution for device provisioning for NCTC members.
Through American Technical Support, NCTC members will now have access to Sigma Systems’ carrier-grade device provisioning at attractive pricing. The company said an average-sized NCTC member with 10,000 high-speed data devices could expect savings of $180,000 or more per year with the American Technical Support hosted solution.
Sigma Systems’ Device Provisioning Manager (DPM) allows NCTC members to manage their service offerings and scale as their subscriber base grows. The DPM also enables service providers to auto-configure and provision business and residential end-user devices, including SIP devices.
“Our Device Provisioning Manager solution is already deployed by some of the larger NCTC members,” Tim Spencer, President and COO of Sigma Systems said in a statement. ”We are excited to be working with Element Customer Care and American Technical Support to make this Tier-1 solution available to the rest of the NCTC members.”
With the addition of device provisioning, American Technical Support will offer NCTC members five key services: Sigma Systems Device Provisioning Manager, Centina Systems NetOmnia Fault and Performance Monitoring, Technical Support, NOC Services and a white label ISP.
